Partizan Publik is an innovative design and action partnership that operates beyond the traditional boundaries of campaigning, cultural analysis, politics, design, publishing and curating. Partizan Publik is based in Amsterdam to direct projects in the Netherlands, the USA, Lebanon and South Africa.
What is our working method?We decide case-by-case on how a project or an idea should get shape. Our office is not big enough for bureaucratic nonsense.
What kind of projects are we doing? We currently direct the 4 and 5 May events in Amsterdam. We curate an artist residency in Detroit.
We have set up a peer-to-peer online travel agency to the cultural underground. We organize the Movember campaign in the Netherlands.
We have published 'Beyroutes. A guide to Beirut'. And we have lectured 'Social Engineering the Amsterdam Metropolis', a minor at the University of Amsterdam. Finally, we manage and design the Staalvilla, an incubator space in Amsterdam.
